A few months ago, my husband and I were looking for an apartment. We contacted Olga Ferreira and she completely changed our experience. Olga knew that we were trying to reduce our monthly expenses and this drove her to make sure we were satisfied with her services. She showed us several apartments within our budget but the one we really liked was above our budget. The homeowners had clients who were willing to pay the asking price but Olga fought for us to get the apartment at the price we wanted. She really worked hard to meet our needs and we got the apartment for $200 less the listing price. Often times when dealing with companies we are afraid that they do not have their clients’ best interests at heart. Our experience with Olga Ferreira was the complete opposite. Her energetic spirit kept us drawn to her and we knew she wanted to make sure we were happy. Overall, we were absolutely satisfied with her outstanding performance and we are looking forward to using her again when we purchase a home.

In April of 2016 we were advised that the house we were living in was sold and we needed to move. We had been searching and almost gave up because no one would rent to us because we have pets and we don't have perfect credit. Finally, we found a house that we loved, but we figured it would be another disappointment. The home was being handled by Olga C. Ferreira of Ferreira Realty. We explained our situation and she was so understanding and so helpful. In 3 days we moved into our new rental. She made the process as easy and smooth as possible for us. Whenever there is anything that needs to get done in the home, Olga makes sure it gets done as quickly as possible. It has been a true pleasure dealing with her and I wish all realtors could be as professional as she has been. Thank you for helping us move into our home. We absolutely love it.
