OLGA C. FERREIRA, Broker-Owner

I am currently the Broker-Owner of Ferreira Realty located at 2000 Morris Avenue (Union Center), Union, New Jersey. I have been licensed for 25 years. I began my sales career with Weichert, Realtors in 1995. In my first year with Weichert, I became Rookie of the Year for the region.  I soon began selling in excess of 100 homes per year, independently, without the assistance of a team. I realized that I had found a profession that fit me perfectly. I love working with people and I am a problem solver. 

I grew up in Newark, NJ, a proud graduate of East Side High School, and like many people from humble beginnings, I had to work very hard all my life in order to achieve my goals. I was fascinated by real estate at a very young age.  Prior to becoming a Realtor, at the age of 19 years old, I built my first home in the Poconos. I then went on to purchase my second home, a multi-family property, at age 21. I also began rehabbing/flipping homes, staging them and selling them for great profit. This prompted me to go into real estate sales and help others.  I have been an investor, a rehabber/flipper, stager, paralegal at a law firm doing real estate closings and a licensed Title Producer.  My  experience and knowledge along with my passion for real estate, as helped me tremendously in providing guidance to my clients while earning their trust. 

I married my high school sweetheard, John, and we have three amazing children.  We designed and built our 8,500 sq. ft custom dream home in the mountains.  These "two kids" from Newark knew that dreams could come true if you worked hard. I love nature and I am an animal lover who has rescued cats and dogs on several occasions.  

My motto is "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". I am a great listener and I provide my clients with the best service and experience imaginable. I take my job very seriously and want everyone to buy their dream home and not be financially strained.
